Yes they allow you to open many account, they didn't check any IP or proxy.

you can also use personal or business accounts on same IP or Proxy...

But mostly people like to maintain one account as primary...

better to focus on one thing...

Yes, you can have 2 account with the same IP.

Paypal doing IP check, but the problem will be if your account is USA account, but you have China or Mozambic IP/

You can open both accounts with different names.
Do not open account with same name.

Paypal accounts are created based on individual person's identity. It has nothing to do with IP addresses.

An individual is allowed to have two types of Paypal account at the same time...a personal account and a premier/business account.

But what if two persons have the same name? In India there are many people with same name and surnames too :D so what will be the case then? And if i open the second account with different name then how will i verify it?

Hmm,I think it doesn't matter .They have the same name,But dont have the same bank account(address, bank info)...As long as they use their bank accounts to verify their paypal accounts....:)

If you open the second account with different name(your mom),Then Just use ur mother's CC to verify it..
