    Dear members,

I need some advice here, some days ago I received an email from someone with contents below, I dont know what she/he wants from me, or maybe she/he trying to scam me to sell my domain to the others.

Is it possible that someone hijacking/steal our domain without our permission?
What should I do now, or just ignore him/her?

SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM! They are trying to make you pay for the domain registrations. It's kinda new, but I know its a scam.

Send an email to http://directi.com/contact/ with the explanation and a copy of everything.

That's Domain Renewal Group scam, just avoid it, I think for obvious reason it is now necessary to set "domain privacy".

Yes that's a definate scam - I got something similar through my letterbox the other week telling me that one of my domains is about to expire and needs renewing.

The way it was worded and presented was really clever and it really make me think that the company I bought the domain from was contacting me to renew it, but it wasn't.

I suppose you couldn't really regard it as a scam but it is a very sneaky way to steal business.

Tell them that you'll give up the domain for $100,000 cash, and a bag of pretzels.
