I found out about UGG Boots. The advertiser lowered the price on us 2 weeks ago and didn't tell us. Needless to say we lost a bunch on it by paying out more than we were getting...

I'm still looking for answers to the other question.

I figure with the previous logic you told me regarding not using SSL to login (that is, that once someone is in there they can't change anything to their benefit, anyway), there shouldn't be much of an objection to making the cookie session longer -- or at least allowing that option. :-P

 

Yesterday 241 clicks made $20.94
Today 283 clicks made $3.24

I'm missing out on quite a lot of earnings until these problems are fixed!

 

Yeah I got the same problem for today.
Altho I just talked to my affil manager, and he told me he expects the EPC/Ratio to go up tomorrow.

The other day I earnt $80, ah well.

Hopefully conversions get back to good.

More or less the same rates but my content is available elsewhere too. What sort of sites do you put cpalead?

 

Troy, any updates on low earnings? Yesterday it went OK, but today its again at like 5% conversation with 0.03$ EPC. Please keep us updated on whats going on.

 

Yeah I am down to 0,03EPC and 6%conv rate as well.

I have also noticed the 'groceries' campaign not showing up as first survey. When the croceries survey was on the top of the survey list, the conv rate was really high (about 15%).

 

We're fixing random things here and there, there will be no new features until all of our old code is removed which could take until early next week.

We've also been finding that those who have been experiencing low earnings recently are trigger happy with the "off button" for the surveys. Our top 5 publishers have all surveys enabled and they put their trust into our system that they will make more money if they just let it do it's work. So we're also debating changing the way offers are sorted.

I'll keep you guys posted as I learn more.

Do you guys see "Service Unavailable" error or is it just me?

 

I had it earlier, it's fine now though. They've been doing updates so that'll happen from time to time.

 

We had to do some mandatory updates to our server, the downtime was only around 5-10 minutes.

So far, today has been just below everage for me with a EPC of 0.04 and a conv rate of 6%.
