Some people make me sick

We're all here to try and make a dollar right? I think most of us do it honestly and with integrity - and that's important.

How much more money could you make if you didn't hold yourself accountable for your actions? I know I'd be a lot better off if I threw my morals out the window.

Check out this thread on Site Point. This guy is selling a site that sells information on how to use usenet, p2p networks etc in order to get music, movies, games et all for free. I know there are sites that do this, but I can't believe how nonchalaunt everyone is about it in his sales thread.

I'm sure it will get deleted in a matter of moments, but my post went as follows:
I know, I know. Posting in someone else sales thread is simply bad form. I get pissed off when people do it to me too. But in my defense, I couldn't imagine doing what this person is doing.

When did we as a society of online entrepreneurs loose our integrity to the point where "the #1" web master forum would allow something like this to be posted? Or, is it simply SitePoint that has lost its integrity?

SitePoint doesn't allow sites like that to be sold in their MarketPlace. Have you reported it? The Mods find what they can but don't see it all.

I couldn't, and still can't find an easy way to report the thread. Since they changed it all around, there is no 'report' link on sales threads.

Interesting. Sitepoint removed my comment and is allowing the thread to go on. So apparently sites like this are allowed to be sold in their marketplace.

lol that sfunny. I want to sell my email list so I will try it out. I see you have to pay to post there though. And as well you can ot post anything to the thread so when people get postive happy results they can not let people know. O well.

Definitely. There are a lot of experts there who go out of their way to help other members. It's a great place for newbies and experts alike. :)

Their marketplace is extremely active with buyers and sellers and is growing at a phenomenal rate. You'll find that if you are selling something that SitePoint typically brings in the highest bidders/most sales.

Considering that you are banned at SitePoint yo-yo it is hard to take you seriously.

Considering I was banned by you, after another member insulted me (who was not banned)... it's hard to take you or that nazi forum seriously ;)

I would personally rather use Digitalpoint, mainly for the reason that people can not see your thread if it gets pushed to page 2, and it will stay that way.

SitePoint is the best of the forums I frequent because of the professional attitude and sheer volume of activity. But that doesn't mean that other places aren't worth considering. Definitely use DigitalPoint as from what I can tell it seems to be very good as well. Actually, just do a quick Google search and I'm sure you'll find other decent alternatives. If you fond one and want us to take a look around for you just post the link here and we'll do that. :)

Isn't that the same scammer that sold a landing page at Ebay?

They seem to address the issue in their listing. At this point it would be up to a potential buyer to have a lawyer verify their claims. That listing is legit.

I believe that selling pot in blue cases is legal... maybe I will go over to sitepoint and sell it over there. Heck, it is up to the buyer to check with the local police, right?

Stupid mentality you got over there.
