What currency does adsense record my money in? Is it based on country or do they just use USD? Will they convert the currency when they send the check?
If u want money in your currency, they will convert when they send check. Or else they will send in USD

Adsense only calcuated in terms of US Dollar only. You will be paid in your own country currency against US Dollar. The rate is to be calculated with current rate of your currency with US dollar.
