    Yes..if you put more hardwork then it is easy to get more results. even though $100 day is not very easy. It needs lots of plan and hardowork.

    Yeah I agree, If you're making $100 you're pretty much set you dont need anymore help :p

    But I think the article is pretty good overall.

    You have to build site with quality content. Then try to optimize the adsense to increase the revenue.
