New file hosting site pays 1 cent for each download

    Hello, I am introducing webuploads.com, which is new file hosting we websites.

    Webuploads.com was created for the novice yet still sophisticated users. Since there are many file sharing competitors we needed a edge to compete, therefore; we decided to offer a incentive for 1 cent for all unique downloads from United States, United Kingdom, and Canada. Plus, all other countries, we will pay .001 cent per download.

    We have already setup funds to handle download payments, so we are not concerned with paying members. The site is simple in functionally, so seeing payment status and downloads location is very simple.

    Is this even possible? I have dealt with an upcoming sites like this and they refused to pay me after I sat there and uploaded and brought them traffic.
