My earnings were so low that it were not even worth the bother. I took it of as I could earn better money using something else for my last default. I only was using them on my site for about 2 days and took them straight off. I have noticed though that other networks are also starting to decline a little. Casale earnings seem to be going down and I have found that todays earnings with Valueclick is also way off to what they normally are for me.
You're better off going with two alternative CPM networks. Try axill.com, they pay a flat rate of .30-cent CPM, or Redux, which pays around .15-cents, but that's still better than .01-cents with RealTechNetwork.
