Well, someone know what the estimated price for html / css website coding is?

    around 3-4 html files

P.s dont need coding, just a note on pricing, since iam going to code some html pages for a topsite script.

    Thanks,
    Seb

Most of the time if it's a simple job that will take only a hour at the most, people will charge by page, other then that it's by the hour, which can range depending on the project, but if it's just html and basic css, say around $15 to $24(I like money ok?) per hour.

Really depends on the complexity of the design. There's a guy in the 'Design' section at the moment coding pages for $15 per page, and it's really high quality stuff, really recommend him. I have, however, seen people charge hundreds of dollars per page. Much like any freelancing job, it really depends a lot on the coder.

You can just post your requirements at freelance website like http://getafreelancer.com/ ,etc and let many web designers bid for it , from the average bid posted for your project you can get fair idea on how much you should ask for it.

well I charge atleast 50$ for html/css of one of my designs but it's your decision how much you charge - it depends on how much the customer is willing to pay

You can also consider some Content Management System(CMS). If you install a CMS on your web host, you need not to write any HTML or CSS. You can have multiple templates and expansion of your site will be also very easy on any later stage.
