    Yeah, I've been copying and pasting the links into new windows because I'm guessing that if they detect too many diggs from a common referer, they bury the story to prevent voting blocks. My last article was 1st in popularity for the 'upcoming' category, and about 30 minutes from making it to the front page when it got buried.

    People can Digg your story and they can also Undigg your story. Like a points sytem I think. So far you have 49 Diggs. I have heard you make the front page for anything over 40 Diggs. Congrats I guess?

    Unless it hits the front page, don't expect more than about 100-200 uniques. If it DOES hit the front page though, look out.

    I'm interested to see what happens if you get dugg in a non-technology category now that they've added them, as they don't seem to get anywhere near the same traffic.

    I believe it is not justabout # of digg. The have different algo. I believe there is certain factor to make your story on front page

    1) you need to get digg fast, the longer the story submitted, the more digg it take to get on front page.
    2)you need to get digg from senior menber. Digg have a ranking system for their user.
    3)comment. More comment can help you.
    4)no one buried you story.

    got promoted with 49 digg in 16 hour and 20 minute. However i 've seen a new story submitted for 15 got promoted with 15 digg.

    A catchy title helps a lot. DO not use your working title. Make it something fun that attract ppl. My new digg got 45 digg(i submitted late last night)without any exchange. The title is "Did Digg Made Me Rich"? Hope it can do better

    my new story 've got 500 impression alone last night without making the front page. And if you are luckyly(unluckyly) made the front page, becareful. I 've seen ppl got charge with high bill because they cause their web server overload.
    Also, the Adsense smart pricing hit me bad. My avg pay per click drop from 25 cent to 3 cent....

    This is the story i have that made entertainment front page, 1321 hit in two day. So it is true that front page of non tech doesn't get you much traffic, not the same level as the tech section
