Permalinks in Wordpress

    Hey!

I know this has been posted a million times before, I have looked at these threads but I seem to be having no luck on the issue!

I am trying to setup my link structure on wordpress so that it is category/post instead of the default wordpress structure. I only setup the blog a few days back and created 4-5 pages and a few posts before realising the permalink structure.

Now that I am trying to change it I am getting nothing but 404s no matter what I try. I am on a Windows server running IIS.

Please if anyone has a solution do let me know as I'm fresh out of ideas! :(

    Andy

Not sure I understand the question right, but if you want the custom url structure go to: Settings/Permalinks and select Custom Structure and enter /%category%/%postname%

If you haven't made to many pages yet you can remove the blog and start over again or you need to do some redirection or your existing pages will return an error.
