sadly lots or free listing will approve your link up to 4-8 wks, sometimes may 3 months or never? I am not sure.

At www.yolander.com I try to approve (or reject) all submissions within a couple days. I am rather strict on what is accepted especially with titles and descriptions.

Many directories review (accept or reject) your application within one month. However, the time between your site being accepted, and the time you see your backlink in SE, depends only of search engines spiders, and the time when they crawl that page / directory.

The part that i love is since i startead to add the website to directories.10-20 per day, i have around 15 backlinks. I have dropt in SEPRs . i was for some of the keywords around 40-50(google position) and know are 100+.

I recomend to add your websites do web directories just a 3-5 a day and hope it won`t happen like in my case.
