    but the header is not appropriate and there is a lot of empty spave at the center of the site

    Your website name can barely be seen.. The text size on your header is a bit too small.
    Nothing on the first page of the website screams out "HEY THERE JOIN ME BODY BUILDING WEBSITE HERE"

    The graphic design on the header looks great though the web design itself needs a bit more editing and shuffling around.

    looks a bit messy for me.
    remove that empty rows above the header
    make menu bar wider, so all the items will be on line.

    The design is not bad however, I think the site would look
    better if you add more colors into the color scheme.
