I started an adwords campaign and I am getting a load of visitors comming from simpli.com, has anyone heard of them? I am wondering if they are real visitors or just a click fraud bunch

According to their website: "Simpli is the flagship search engine product of ValueClick". Based upon that you would think they are pretty legit.

Kind of fishy that their search results only include Sponsored Results though.

Well, did some research and they seem to be banned by google, and it seems to be or have been some kind of adware company, there are lots of complaints about it

I guess I will block it in case

ValueClick is not an adware company.

The problem is that they are the largest and more successful Affiliate Business in the area so all adware companies try to use his advertises to make money.

AFAIK, every time Commission Junction (ValueClick) catch some adware company promoting his advertises they ban this company immediately.

I'm not sure but they don't has the "ads by Google".

I'm confused if they are a parked domain special adsense agreement or a Google partner.

If they are a Google Partner you can not block simpli.com - but I'm if this is the case of these Google sponsored results without "Powered by Google" or "ads by Google" identification.

Could you see any "Google" identification on simpli.com?

While I don't see any "ads by Google" reference all of the sponsored results on that site are Adsense ads. I did a few searches that caused my adwords ads to be diplayed in their results.

If it is harming your business then just add this site in your excluded list... Yours ads will not be visible then on this site
