What is the exact phrase that your visitors is trying to type on search box to find your site? If it's your targeted keywords, maybe your home page is more relevant to search results.
Well, it is due to your crosslinking scheme - you can make important any page you like - but when it gets down to promoting a few pages, i is a totally different story
a few days ago when some one search for the post that i just posted, google show my site's page in first 10 results but then all of sudden my site disappear from results entirely. but now my when some one search for my latest post google show my only home page in results but not individual page of post. i m using wordpress.
Your site's relevance and content and hence ranking would have changed from the time your page was first indexed by Google,hence you are facing the difficulty.
It could be that your site is new and new content is getting a boost that falls away rapidly over the next few days. If this is the case, as your site gets older its performance will stabilise.
It may be the google dance... Or it sounds like you may be using some shifty linking strategies that may cause you problems.
Are you still updating your site? Maybe when you are seeing the individual page before because it's new post and we all know that google love new contents.
