SEO - Looking for a quote.

I paid a guy in India to perfomr some SEO and redesign work on one of my site about 3 months ago.

I know very litte about SEO, but looked at the mods to the site and the explanation he gave me for what he did, and it sounded feasible to me.

However, that was 3 months ago and I see little if no improvement serch engine ranking or traffic.

So I am looking for a quotation from someone who as a clue and can provide some examples of their work.

Please PM me if you fit the bill.

BBS, the reasons you are not getting any traffic from SE could be either the guy haven't done a good job or/and your domain is in the sandbox (a special filter that Google applies to new sites). Other kind of filters (e.g., for overoptimisation) are aslo possible.

    how old is your domain?

It's about 4 months old now - and was ranking better than it currently does.

Sandbox can be applied for anything from 3 to 12 months. Dropped ranking could be due to improper link building campaign - too fast, links with the "wrong" anchors, irregular.

With new sites you probably want to add information at least once a week and I would highly recommend it being through a blog or CMS that google likes ie. WordPress

Hi mates! Can I apply for that? Maybe your site is penalized due to lack of using black hat technique.

Sandbox does exist, but it is indeed a matter of how strong the competition is. I may give a quote to your site, but unless wre are talking really simple keywords - it will take more than 3 months.

how long has it been doing this?

"Firefox can't find the server at www.arenaaccess.com"

one big hit from G when it's down would do exactly the same thing

and you have precisely one page in the index.

    http://www.google.com/search?q=site:www.arenaaccess.com&pws=0&hl=en&num=10
