How to increase register user

i have a property related dynamic site with Google Map API
my site have only 3-4 dynamic pages and all the search result shows
in http://rentals.mapsofindia.com/search.php.

I have following two problems:-

1. how to promote the keywords(Bcoz there is not possible to target many of keyword in a single dynamic page.)
2. How to register user for my site.

Please give me suggestion and help regarding this

I agree with Rock... just create some static pages like about, features etc to target more keywords.
To increase the user base, you can start posting or ask for reviews of your product over several review websites. You can go for paid reviews as well as these look more authentic. You can also promote your website over social media websites like freshbooks etc to get more exposure..

Just Google review websites and you will find some good review websites, then you can ask those websites mod to write review about your website.. Some of them are free where you can manually submit your website review. However, most of the websites are paid...
