Just exactly WHAT definitions for Hits and Uniques are you using above? Hits, as they used to be defined, would always be equal to or greater than the number of Unique Visitors (unless Uniques means something else, too)
Man... this is so frustrating. I’ve been trying to understand this for 4 days and I still don’t understand what I’m doing wrong. 2000 unique visitors, about the same amount of page impressions and I only made 1 USD today. FerFAL
Google Adsense doesn't provide figures for unique visits - you need your own stats for that. Does any one know what impressions actually measure - is it each page visited, or is it like hits - if one page has, say, 10 graphics on it, one visit equals 10 hits/impressions? I'm getting about $175/month now (my own non-Google stats show around 17,000 unique visits per month) - not a fortune, but mine is a niche market, and it more than funds the cost of running the site. Wish it funded the cost of PPC, but hey.....................
An impression is a pageview, number of times the ad was rendered by a browser from my understanding. That's a pretty good profit for that traffic, not outstanding but not bad.
i am getting 1$ per click and daily 30 clcicks are enough for me.my blog have very good key word fun2chill.com
Most of my hits come from people following me frmo my various news groups posts recently people have found me from searches. Now that could be interesting.. But Yes..I will just keep on doing what I enjoy.. thank you
It's about survival and preparedness, social crisis. Cant imagine a more interesting niche given what's going on these days. A part of preparedness includes getting certain gear you'll need. As far as I know survival and prep related sales have gone up a lot recently becuase of the crisis. FerFAL
No matter how much hits you are getting, Income from Adsense is completely different then the number of hits. It is a matter of Niche, Keywords, Ads positioning, Clicking, and then hits.
rose687, you might want to take that image down. It is in violation of Adsense TOS...and sense you've included your login ID, it would be pretty easy for them to tie the violation to your account.
And the more you wait, the bigger the chances to get your account banned. @rose687: I am sending you a PM, just in case you forget about this thread.
