Yes. I was thinking that you could register 1 RSS feed per site you donate to the network... Sound fair? Yes. Completely white-hat. All we're talking about here is pooling our resources here to build a large network for our RSS feeds to get out there and be found. We are categorizing them to help end-users find them. Just need another interested person and we'll get some testing going.
Great. I guess that means it's time to go here. I have a few final issues on the code before I can have you help me test it. I also want to build a bunch of RSS syndication sites myself... Watch for a PM in the near future with instructions. But while you are waiting for that, go and register at your nearest free hosting site. Build a new account you will use for this and verify your email.
Sorry for the delay folks. Hit a small bug over the weekend. But should have this out of the way soon and we can get started.
Great... Glad to hear it. The more people interested, the more points to distribute your RSS to.... Stay tuned. Instructions coming soon.
if there is still palces im in on this to see how it goes and let me know of how you want me to play this ok im all ears regards albert
let me give away a secret for free that not many people know There is an easy way to submit upto 10 of your rss feeds at the same time that is free and very under used... I think I'll create an article on it and post on on my blog as part of my product leak .. Unless people want to know it of course... then I'll let you know.. you should plan.. get your sites and RSS feeds.. batch them up in sets of 10 then submit to rss directories... so if you have up to 10 sites its a single submission that acts as 10 separate submissions.. how much time will this save...? well it save me hours of time... I use it with a beta semi automatic rss submitter application I'm going to release for free and I can submit 20 of my updates feeds to 38 rss sites in under 10 minutes. I'm sure others could also use this...
Great folks... Seriously, this is an open RSS network. The more people interested the better. It means the more places we can push our RSS feeds to. Instructions coming soon.
I can set up a few of hosted sites any requirements on content - i mean how legit/ non- spammy - and unique must the content be - spinned or not etc anyway interested let me know how to proceed
Folks - The idea here is to syndicate your RSS feed. This should already be full of unique and helpful content. We want to help readers find the content they are looking for. As you all know, the big issue is access. It's a big Internet out there. We are thinking that a larger RSS network will help users find what they are looking for... As to your question - Yes there are content filters to keep out stuff we don't want (adult, scripts, offensive material).
