Yes, RSS feeds make it much easier to follow new posts in forums. The feed updates for every new post. Saves people from having to remember to visit your site. They simply scan the new posts and click through on ones of interest right from their feed reader.
Yes, but I have seen lots of forums that doesnt have RSS. Big forums. I can easily put RSS but in my other forums almost noone used it so thats why I didnt for this site.

I don't think that the above forum allow signatures. If signatures are not allowed what is the use of saying it do-follow?
