    yep.. I use www.tubemogul.com and its free :) and submits to 12 video sites for you including google and you tube / yahoo / myspace video and Veoh etc... :)

    Try out videos.yahoo.com. your can upload your videos for free. It is also very easy to use. You can create your own meta tags. I have several videos added to my Yahoo account.

    Another site that accepts videos is searchbigdaddy.com, you are able to add your video there for free. I must admit that site needs some work on navigation.
