My alexa rank - Its amazing!!

    Hi all..

    I just checked my alexa rank after a month.
    Last month my site had the rank around 4,000,000

    And today it is 1,573,225

    Please comment on it

    I wouldn't say 1,500,000 is amazing because i have a new arcade with a weekly average of 406,976. But if its your first site then it can be very inspiring. I would suggest for you to focus on getting under 1,000,000 then 500,000 then 250,000 then break into the top 100,000 :D

    Anything under 100,000 is good. I have a directory which was over 1,000,000 now it's 383,199 in the second update, which is good for me. Though 1,573,225 isn't great.

    Nothing to be totally honest, i just started a topic in the Solicitations & Announcements in the directory category on this forum. There has not been any other type of promoting.

    It doesn't take much traffic at all to break into the millions. I have a movie site that is in the 100,000s

    Most blogs when they start out they are at 24,000,000 and once you start geting around 10 hits a day you will come down to say 3,000,000 my blog is at 788,909 and I'm only getting 50 hits a day. It will be harder once you get just under 1 million and even harder to get to 100,000. Keep up the great work
