Build several pages dedicated to your site using UGC platforms such as Squidoo, Hub Pages, zimbio and the like. Look around on the web for similar sites and see how they are doing it and what they are doing to market and promote their site. Use things that work and make your site stand out from the rest! I like , how about do some SEO and get in the google serps because basic seo isn't applied at all. Meta Tags, Title Tags, or H1 tags not found. Think like a viewer. They search "Watch (MOvie Name) Online" or "Stream (Movie Name) Movie Online"

Dominic, I'm not that good in SEO. But as far as i know going into such high competitive keywords like "Watch (MOvie Name) Online" or "Stream (Movie Name) Movie Online" is not the best thing i can do for now. So i chose some low compititive keywords with a decent search volume. isnt that the best thing i can do guys??
If you are looking to get some website traffic, I would suggest article marketing in addition to the social bookmarking, which is a great idea. With a movie website you have tons of keywords to choose from, so I would pick around 50 or so keyword phrases and write articles including two of the keyword phrases in each article. This means that you would write a total of 25 articles, which I think could get you some decent traffic in the niche that you are in.
Posting in fourms and blogs are fetching low results for this kind of sites, why dont you release small advertisement banners, text links in related sites?
If you are willing to fork out money, I'm sure you can find a lot of people willing to work for you. But for 50:50, I think it is not possible. I would suggest you get the information and work on it to get 100%.
