but no reply from Google

What do you want to ask them?

 

try to update your question

they are receiving so many questions if they do not answer immediately then your question might lost into the crowd

 

I updated my questions and asked them many times but they never answer correct and since no one is monitor the groups you can not get good answers from their as well. They are just a spam hub

 

The "support" is probably almost non existent.

I had a problem with my site displaying Adsense, I sent them an email, and all I get in reply is a template with links to the Adsense forums...etc. You can go ahead and try...all you get is an email template.

That's their email support these days. They are probably laying off staff due to the economic meltdown...and nobody there can answer genuine support requests.
