Let's see what Sbongo has to say when he comes back. As far as I can see he only has one negative itrader. One suggestion that I can offer is for large US to US transactions, use a check via snail mail for payment.
I gave him the benefit of the doubt at first when he replied to my email saying his accounts were frozen and then he would refund our money when things were un-frozen. After a further delay with no response I opened a Paypal dispute, especially since he said he was going to refund my money anyways. Then HE escalated the Paypal dispute to a full claim (obviously with access to his account) and stating to Paypal that HE delivered My digital download product, that it is a Non-tangible electronic item and was emailed. At that point he is obviously full of S&#T and trying to scam his way out of things. It was surprising with the previous good itrader, but know the truth is out on the table.
How much money was involved on the deal? Perhaps his wife took control of his email. Have you called him?
Not a lot of money from me, I am just fed up with the extreme number of bad people doing business here and want everyone to know who they are to stop them as fast as possible. Luckily I placed a smaller test order first. There are a lot of people that were "taken" on the other thread and then it was closed to prevent people from adding their stories. I have no phone number to reach this guy. It was not listed in the Paypal transaction. Even if it is the wife controlling this DP account and the Paypal account, it is still a bad deal.
There is a rather infamous case of an article writer that didn't deliver. But the person isn't banned. Perhaps Sbongo will come back and fix the problem.
