Thanks for understanding.**** Thanks everybody for all the hard work and great submissions! Since we are nearing the end of the contest, we are going to switch gears a bit on the feedback. We aren't going to comment on all of the submissions, but only on those that we consider the strongest and have a very good chance of winning. l3fty - The character is just about perfect for us. The one in with the yellow background is really sharp and a strong contender. We're really liking the submissions that contain the globe as well, though. How do you think the apple character would look standing on or next to a globe? DylanM - The books work well to bring out the educational aspect, and we like the globe. Can we see these logos on a white background and with the globe colored in (variations with just green and also green+blue?) Also, putting the globe centered on Asia would probably work better for a Korean clientelle. tsoft - Definitely a strong corporate identity, thank you. Can you drop the globe down a bit (centered with Power Up)? Not sure if this would look better but we'd like to try it. Also, the characters are pretty good but can you try something a little different with them? The girl's hair looks a little strange. One last thing: the globe should be centered on Asia. Dakouten, Watari, IM3D, and eyequbecreations - we're still eager to see what you guys submit if you decide to make the changes we suggested on page 4. Of course, if anyone wants to submit an entirely new design we'll definitely take it into consideration. Thanks a lot guys, you're a talented and responsive group of artists. Nearing the end of the contest and we're very pleased with the turnout.
awwwwwwww damn. Again I say... always a bridesmaid never a bride. I elect to karate chop T-Soft with my peon like intellect. Hiiiiiiiiiiiiiiggggghhhhhh-YAAAAA. Oh well... I'll keep trying elsewhere.
hi gydian, i think having the character stand on top of a globe would make the graphic too vertical, so i tried having him stand beside (and a bit in front of) the globe, and also holding a globe in hand.
So if I posted my entries in posts #78 and #80, they will be sent next time? I hope that will happen earlier than the contest finishes
