First of all you could maybe search the web for marketing sites in your language. Pick any blog niche you know a lot about and write about it,the more you write in english,the more advanced you will become. Also try to understand what you are writing and don't just copy and paste from the translator.

I would go further and say pick something you know lots about and can remain enthusiastic about for the long term. You won't make money straightaway, but if you keep writing interesting articles on a regular basis then your traffic will increase.
Read other people blogs first and start watching english movies regularly , you will definetly can speak and write good english after some days
Blog about something you enjoy, otherwise you will find yourself losing interest in writing. That's never good. Read others posts to learn more English. Put it through the translator and compare them afterwards if you have to. I've found by trying to learn Spanish that it helps. Also remember that people here don't always use proper grammer either, so you may want to consider looking at some websites that teach English or taking a few classes.

I suggest you, at first read other people’s comments or articles. Jot down if any new word or good sentence you find out. Make at least 10 intelligent comments in a forum/blog per day. English newspapers, movies, hearing English songs understanding their lyrics will help you a lot to improve your English.
