Broken links are a problem and can affect the website search engine rankings. they also prevent search engines from properly indexing your site. You can check and try to fix them

Lets not be overly dramatic, broken links won't kill your SEO, but they will affect the indexing of your website. From both a usability and SEO perspective it's best to get them resolved a.s.a.p.

How do you fix them? Ensure they are pointing to the right URL and not delivering a 404 error.
