which would be the best alternative instead of a .com for a service business?

 

in my opition .net / .biz

 

for business, its gotta be .biz

If you can't get the .com, the next best thing is a .net

 

If you can not have .com, it is always recommended to have .net or the country level domain such as .us or .in, etc.

 

.com is best to use if not use .net or. org.

for me .ORg is second choice after a .com.. >Third choice is .net

 

So what would .Biz be used for? Not a business?

 

I have hundreds of somains and I would NEVER buy a .biz

Yeah, I've never been to a .biz website.

To me, it's .org after .com.

.ORGs are usually available (compared to .net) and carry an air of legitimacy you lose with other extensions.

 

.biz coz its the extension for busines and its easy to remember too.

 

I would say .net after .com the and possible then .info i have never really thought about the others but if i had to choose from the lesser used ones i would think .org

I think .net is also a good choice.

 

I very rarely see a .biz is there a reason why these have never caught on ???
