Increasing max number of posts displayed in sidebar?

    I'm using Wordpress, and a widget in the sidebar. The maximum number of posts is 15, is there a way to increase that?

    I assume that it doesn't work with widgets? I still see only 15 posts even though over 20 have been made or did I miss something? I changed it to 80 from the default 5 posts in Random Posts. If so, I'll try deleting the template and reuploading it or use it on another new blog.

    I'm using the Recent Posts widget
