Every single check that they *sent* was never received by me on time. And when I received my 1st cheque about 4 months later after repeated request, the postmark date as well as the date on the check clearly shows that the check was actually sent 3 months later than the date that I was told the check has been sent. I have all the support reply, bank records etc to prove it. They are LIARS
It didn't just happen to me. I know several members in another webmaster forum who had to go through similar harassment.

They deliberately do not send check to deduct and keep the $20 *processing fee*. They do not do this to all affiliates, but even if they do this to 2% of their affiliates that do not have direct deposit enabled yet, is a lot of money.

When I complained a few times, my sales just dropped. No sales for days at a stretch. They obviously got upset that I complained. They cherry pick whom they are going to pay on time and whom they do not.

Anyways, their hoplinks tracking sucks, their payment sucks. Proper alternative to clickbank is desperately needed.

I'm sorry in advance but - BAHAHAHA. You really think clickbank has the time to pick on their lower end affiliates like this? I'm sorry mate but this is a load of crock. they have over 100K affiliates that they pay weekly, you really think there is NO room for error? You deny the fact that because you live far away and your postal service is not standard that it's their fault? You've probably never phoned them to see if the checks were cashed or how to remedy your situation...

I use to be a smaller affiliate back in my day and though the odd hiccup is there, I have over 20 accounts and detailed analytics, they don't miss a beat for me and all are active/paying/problem free. I get both checks, and DD, and they've never missed a beat.

Perhaps it's different if you are making 1-3 sales a day or a week, though I STRONGLY doubt they have the time or the desire to deal with small shit like this when they have publishers/affiliates clearing 5-6 figures a day that they give equal priority to. People seem to think they 'tag' you if you are a good/bad/super account and treat you accordingly, sorry to burst your bubble. I still have stuff rejected, I still get questioned by them when affiliates do wonky shit to my products, I am treated no differently and neither are my checks/payouts.

Sorry but I had to get my .02 in there, you leave clickbank it's just less competition, mark my words whatever network you switch to will also have their pro's and con's.

Well said. That too from one of the best affiliates of the forum. I found them prompt though I am a little fly.Logically speaking a company that deals in millions needs to be above all these petty deals and I do believe that they are! But missing a payment by a small affiliate is really a nightmare since he/she will have to lose $20 and that is no small amount for them.

You have been doing business with them for a lomg time and you probably know better, but I will disagree. You make them a lot of money. Ofcourse they are going to pay you on time. They manage a lot of publishers but does all of their 100K affiliates earn 5 digits check like you say?
If postal services are so unreliable, why do they not enable direct deposit for new accounts? They have just recently given direct deposit facility to majority of their publishers, whereas other affiliate networks have that option enabled from start. They could at least give the option for courier service, etc like Google Adsense does. But no, until you make $10,000 they won’t do that. So if you making them a lot of money and from Canada/US/UK, you are going to be treated well otherwise you just have to wait till they feel like sending the check. I am not as experienced as many here, but like other members who posted here said, there is definately problems with their payment system. It OK if there are "hiccups", but why do they have to deduct $20 for their fault.

    Just my opinion.

Not all the people starts big at their first step. Did you start off clickbank with 5 figures first month when you did it, I doubt so. A good customer services should take care of the minority as well, they contribute to clickbank revenue too.

You are right to some extent,

And NC you will not understand the situation by sitting on million dollar chair.
at grass root level things are different. One of my friend and I started affiliate marketing at same time but he receive his small amount of check almost four month later and while it comes to me I got it in 25 days, Though my amount was bigger than him due to ppc.

I cant prove any thing logically about this, but we cant ignore facts which people are facing.

    Guys,

I don't sit on a million dollar chair, and I definitely did NOT start making big money right away. Out of all my accounts, some of which are shared, some are not in my name or payee name, some do small figures as an aff account (also not all in my name). So what - they snoop and dig until they figure out that I'm an associate of an account and they say "hey Norb is behind that one in some way, let's not mess with it"?

If you email clickbank asking them to bypass the requirements for DD they more than likely will (my first DD account, I didn't have big money and I didn't meet the requirements, I emailed them and they bypassed it for me).

This is my last comment in this thread, back to the OP and the rest of you that are having problems. Out of sight out of mind. You seem to think that posting your rant here is justifiable as being 'seen' by CB. When really, a phone call is all it takes. You waste way more time trying to get DP'ers on your side or to help you get your money somehow through flame/shame posts. CALL THEM! Google their number, it's out there, I've talked to like 5 of their staff so far and they are nice and normal people. Guess it's a poor time to say that out of the 1400+ CB'ers on my forum, NONE of them have these payment problems and they live all over the world...

I could/should stay quiet about this because everyone thinks I've got a CB horseshoe up my ass when really I'm no different than any of you, perhaps a touch more passionate and direct with my business functions. If someone down the street or across the city from you owed you money, would you phone them or would you email them a few times and then shame them on a forum if they do not respond?

Again, my wholehearted advice, simply phone them - grass roots or million dollar chairs or anywhere in between, we are no different. Perhaps you're in a region that holds mail, perhaps customs is responsible, perhaps your mailman 'knows' about CB and has some interesting friends, perhaps anything mate - phone them.

    NC.

Then how come a check that they were supposed to send in April last year finally arrives in August, and the postmark date and the date on the check clearly showed that it was issued in July. And no, I did not ask for any reissue in june or july; I had no reason to: I have other affiliate programs to promote than FraudBank.
I simply made a post because the person starting this thread had payment issues. Fraudbank is merely a bunch of employees. It is the merchants and affilites that powers them. If they leave, they are nothing.

Did you receive your check or got any response yet? I have not received check for last month pay period as well.

Contrary to what you says 'a phone call is NOT all it takes; no matter how many e-mails you send them, the only reply to all their payment issue is to get it reissued. If like he says, affiliates need to call, then why they do not ask ppl to call them instead of asking them to contact their support through e-mail. They could atleast provide their number in that support form page. Why do I have to Google that? That is idiotic.
This is a forum about clickbank, hence such comments and threads are appropriate. These kind of posts and thread exist because such problems exist. Just because you are not having any issue does not mean others facing harassment should just shut up and suffer.
What say Sir NC? Your VIP forum says "we have 6-7 figure earners & ..." and you mentioned there are 1400+ CB'ers on your forum, which is not even 1.5% of total affiliates. So what about the remaining non-VIP affiliates that are not 6-7 figure earners?

Other affiliate site will assign Account manager to help you even if you are a beginner. But AFAIK, with clickbank this is only available if you their super duper affiliates who make them a lot of money. I heard they even send gifts to such affiliates with premier accounts. With all the money they collect as reissue fees, I am sure they can send some expensive gifts to people with multiple accounts earning "5-6 figures checks a day"! For the rest earning a few hundred bucks or less you get zombie support staff with ready-made replies. Typical clickbank double standards.

How did it go for TeliaSonera, did you get your money? I guess that you live in Sweden. I was sent a check the 10:th of December 2008. I never got the check. The support told me that they would send another check for a small sum of 20$. They have sent the second check but I have not gotten that either.

Now the check is like 2 month late.
