    On the empty space can be the logo or align the text on the left.

    Keep that space to Put LOGO or Some Image/Photo..

    I had seen similar template in some of the template collection websites.. but it had no background image..

    Picture will depend on subject/topic of the website for which that design is being used..

    You can place pic towards Righ side by placing the Text in left side also..

    Site Logo PlaceHolder! So just make on up because it would be replaced anyway depending on the user, unless you know who your user is
