Hi, According to your Offshore Dedicated Server TOS, What do you mean by EVERYTHING? Do you allow all the below type of stuff for shared and reseller? 1) Warez Linking Allowed? 2) Nulled Scripts Allowed? 3) Billing Software Allowed? 4) Video Hosting/ Streaming Allowed? Is FFMPEG Installed? 5) Proxy Allowed? 6) High CPU USAGE SCRIPTS Allowed? 7) Adult Sites Allowed? 8) File Hosting Allowed? 9) Image Hosting Allowed? 10) Hackers Tutotorials Sites Allowed? Whatever i have mentioned above, is that all allowed? What if DMCA complaints? Do you ignore all those complaints or you suspends sites? Where is your offshore datacenter located?
@twi: This TOS is for dedicated servers , not for our hosting plans. Its 100% offshore. Located in europe. @metamorfoself sorry for this... Fixed.
Then whats the TOS for shared and reseller? There were two types of tos, one for dedicated server and other for reseller and shared hosting, where i found you are not allowing anything thats related to warez, so how are you saying its offshore? you only allow warez linking and nulled scripts, nothing else, you dont even allow video hosting/ streaming, no ffmpeg also.
There is nothing that will not mucks up the server, whether you do warez linking or nulled scripts, that also uses too much of resources, specially if any host that allows vbulletin forum or ipb forum nulled scripts, there is always some or the other issues with this scripts, still all offshore host allows warez linking and nulled scripts, so they should atleast even allow video hosting/ streaming, i am not expecting much, afterall i am paying enough money, but then no steaming allowed = no to offshore host
We allow warez linking , nulled scripts and proxy. We didnt say that we had offshore. Read please carful my post. We allow anything in our dedicated server , yes they are OFFSHORE , but not our hosting.
What kind of proxy? Will you allow proxy hosting for long time or just a few month? Some hosting provider have promoted package like this, but after a few month they will not allow proxy again since their server got many account and overloaded. Thx
