how to check if a forum is a do-follow forum

is there a way to check if a forum is a do-follow forum?

 

Google: SEO for Firefox plugin, install it, turn it on, go to a forum of your choosing, look at other people's posts... if their links are highlighted in red, the links you can post are nofollow. If not, post away

Use Firefox searchstatus plugin. It shows lot of information.

thanks i haven't heard of that firefox plugin, ill give it a try.

 

change the css ff uses as standard and you dont need any plugin just make markup that strikes theough or colors any part with nofollow

I agree plugin is the best tool ... some time search of do follow tags dont work

Seoquake also does the job.
