    - Google News listed - Amazing value, brings tons of traffic

    - Theme of site - general news covering health, sci/tech, entertainment

    - platform - wordpress

    - domain - godaddy free push to godaddy account.

    - Articles that are posted to the site, are picked up by google news, making this site worth much more than I will be asking for.

    We need a quick sale so am asking for far less than the actual value of site, just to speed up the selling process.

    - Asking price - 2k (no auction)

    - I will host the site for a few months for free, i will also work with the buyer showing them how to operate the site and how to post news articles and pics.

    I agree with him. Use tinyurl if you don't want it picked by the search engines or spaces,3s,c0m and other abreviations.
    And you should give more details like traffic and revenue stats.
