Free PHP Encoder/Decoder?

Hi There,

I have been googling this for the past 3 days but I have still not found any FREE PHP Encode/Decoder.

Incase some of you are wondering what I am talking about, take a look into this site , thats what I am looking for but unfortunately its NOT free.

Well, I can decode only one file at a time, which can prove to be a pain if I have 100 files for my project.
