Im excited after reading this news, india getting stronger day by day in terms of money , power everything

India will develop a nuclear capable missile with a range of over 5,000 km as part of the Agni series by December next year, the country's top defence scientist has said. Revealing for the first time that the 5,000 km plus range missile, dubbed Agni 3 + will be ready for trials by 2010, DRDO Chief M Natarajan has said that work is already on to add a third engine to the Agni 3 missile that has already been successfully test fired.

With the new missile, India will be able to reach targets as far as Europe and will for the first time have the capability to reach any part of China. Till now, the 3,500 km plus Agni III has been the longest-range nuclear capable missile with India. Natarajan said that work is already on to add a third stage to the Agni III missile and he was confident that a 'technology demonstrator' will be ready by "December 2010".

100% agreed with you and good thing is that everything is developed in our country only, our own discovered technology so that we do not have to relay on any other country

Congrats, but perhaps some money and compassion should be given to those living below the poverty line in India. While it is great to pursue high technology, I feel that social and livelihood issues are just as important. Having said that, I really do not see anything good about having a more powerful or longer distance missile.

Well we are getting heavily armed but still we lack the technology required to be a superpower.
Need to be economically stable only after that we can develop on the whole.
But I'll definitely play my part.

I sincerely hope that our relations with our neighbors become friendly so that such wasteful expenditure can be avoided....Development of technology that brings about mass destruction is no progress....imo

Let us instead spend this money on basic education and research in medical science...We need some improvement in them...quickly.

Poverty is the not big problem , India is growing at the rate of above 7% which is second highest growth rate among all economies :p , India will definately become the most attractive market in future once All companies attract to India they definately need labours and India is full of labours! . once all people get the job then poverty is not there!.

INDIAN cost of living is very cheap as compared to all other countries. Purchasing power is also High. People of INDIA can work for 12 to 15 hours in a day if they are getting good money for their efforts.

I m happy to be indian because we have full freedom.

India has a high poverty rate. Why do you think companies move there? To get dirt cheap work.

12-15 hours work isn't because they want to, its because they are FORCED to, or NEED to.

You must be blind if you cannot see your own countries problems.

Peter come on stop bashing Indians and care about your country , see where you are going...i have been seeing that you are too much active in anti Indian activities

we are not only developing in technology , but in each and every field , we are overtaking big companies all over the world,

see what your country is facing at this moment, im sure the whole world is aware of this that usa is facing huge problem

is this your power ? is this your stability to stand in competitive market ?

first see yourself and then comment on other and other countries

sitting there in from of your pc and writing anything will not make you big, you need to take some initiative to over come this problem and that is what we are doing , we Indians have dream to everything and above that we have power to do everything

i want your answer on my post...

Why do you think companies move to India or Eastern Europe? Because it is cheap. The minimum wage in the UK is around £5.00. The average wage in India is much less than that.

I know what the problems with the UK are. I can see them.

You can't see Indias problems - you have people DYING in the streets. Or people eating whatever the can find in bins or worse.

I'm not anti-Indian, I just wish that SOME of the Indians would grow up. This aint no kids story - India isn't bright and rosy. Realise what is wrong and try to stop it, rather than trying to become worlds number 1.

The European companies move to India and countries around there for one reason - to save money. It is so much cheaper.

    You can't see the facts.

Here's some advice - listen to people, and learn to fucking spell.

Agreed. India is a poor nation and by no stretch of imagination a Super power now. There are people dying in the streets .You are right.

You know what? India got its independence in the year 1947. It is just 60 odd years of independence and i think India has done pretty well in this short period of time.

Yeah.It is cheap labor here in India.Agreed. You are 100% right.
    So what ??

Do you know the number line system ???? I wonder...

    - 200 to - 30 is a greater achievement than +60 to +80 even though the latter is better in rank.

Now, lets come to the spelling part and grammar.

    aint = ain't.

    Realise = Realize.

You are a native English writer. So, you want 30 $ for a 200 word article huh ???:mad:

    Yeah, sure you do.

I'm from one of the worlds richest countries. But some tramp from India has 1000x better living standards. Sure, whatever.

Look at that - 26.1% of your population are below the poverty line.

Now, get the fuck out of this forum.
