Get paid on both a CPC and CPM basis

    I am looking at this cool AdNetwork called WidgetBucks and they say: "Revenue is earned on both a CPC and CPM basis".

    Does this mean if I put one of their banners on my site I will get paid for each click and each 1000 impressions? Damn just found out that certain countries will get CPM and other countries will get CPC.

    Are there any other AdNetworks that do this but do not split up countries?

    Sorry for being a noob, I am new to this still.

    Yes, try smowtion.. you get paid for each click and each 1000 impressions.
