Does Facebook bring traffic?

Does Facebook really bring traffic? How?
I have already tried twitter and it brings me some kind of targeted traffic.

 

Yes, it does but by far the best way I've found to get targeted traffic is to own a group. If you are the admin of a group, you can send a message to all members. You can't send private messages to large numbers of friends but you can instantly message huge numbers with the groups feature. Try creating popular group topics and inviting friends.

 

If you're talking about facebook ads - you have to spend a lot to get anything back usually...but there are free vouchers.

As meaghannf said, owning a group is probably the best way to get traffic.

it is a little harder to bring traffic but it can work. Either start a group or post on group walls.

you can drive traffic to you site using facebook by Posting link to your Profile[bookmark],SPAMMING and Creating a group.

You can bookmark your site in your profile- all your friends can see the link that you have been posted.

SPAMMING simply posting link in other group's bulletin, sending spam message with your link, and posting your links anywhere

Creating a group. I guess this is good idea to drive targeted traffic to your site. You can create a group that is related to your niche. you can post link to the main page of your group. then you can invite your friends and other poeple to join. Be sure to create a good group so that poeple would stay connected.

In addition, it takes a lot of hours on such sites as facebook to get anything going.

A minimum-paid dishwasher will make more money than you, and work far fewer hours.

But try it anyway, to see for yourself.

I guess FACEBOOK is a Social Networking site also.

Before I tried making money from Facebook and its quite effective. What i did is spamming affiliate link- it makes me some money but they banned my account right away so I stop using the that marketing strategy now.

 

Facebook can bring traffic to your site. Conversion, however, is another issue. I have read somewhere else that Facebook's traffic does not convert well.

 

First you need to have an account on FaceBook.

Then you need to add alot of users. Use search to find friends. Try to search users from your country and users can read your website language.

Also try to add users from different countries. This will give you different traffic.

 

I got a little traffic from facebook, but got some project from members in private group.

 

personally it does not bring alot of traffic...for example even just posting here on DP brings me more traffic! good luck!

 

getting traffic from facebook can be done but there are easier ways which will make sure its much more targeted

I would also imagine it would vary from site to site since most of the Facebook audience are students. If you own a site about keg partys and drinking games, you are in buisness, but if you have a site about Advanced Kenetics, probably not so much.

This is just my opinion, but I think it would vary.

 

It can bring allot of traffic for you if its the correct niche and done properly.

start a group and als join many other groups that could be used fro cross reference. And then you can make friends with many people in the groups.

make the group some way funny or just very interesting it will help allot add fun pictures
