Yes it seems three things are happening with this update:

    1. Corrections to some over-ranked sites from last update.
    2. Ranking of new sites.
    3. No change yet in sites that had rank before 4/4.

Still have not seen any changes with any of my sites. However, All my sites were the last to change when the last update happened. I must be patient or I will pull my hair out (not that I have much of it anyway!)

If you are looking for changes you need to check a datacenter reporting tool. I have not seen any toolbar changes yet myself.

I can't agree with that completely. I've seen a change in a site that has had the same PR since last year.

Why don't we wait for things to settle before we come up with some theories?

Wierd what's going on. Seeing many new sites obtain Pagerank, yet sites which definately should increase in PR remaining the same.

You wont know for sure until it rolls out onto the toolbar, but I usually find them to be pretty accurate. This seems to be a really wierd update though, just like the last one.

My site which is young shows PR 4/10 on 5 datacenters. The rest show 0/10.

There is obviously activity happening in the data centers some of my pages are gaining ranks while others appear to be losing it while many are staying the same. Most of my newer sites are getting PR, this update if anything like the last will take a month or more to complete so lets all just sit back and stop over exciting ourselves. We've been through this too many times as is.

    PR0 - From Israel
    PR0 - From Germany
    PR0 - From Ohio

I also think it is a glitch

It seems that only new domains and domains that got their PR in the last update are changing. I don't see any changes for older domains.

No I am seeing changes on some datacenters for older domains, evidently the first part of this update however is to index in newer domains, they are gradually updating older domains but the results will take time since newer domains that have no PR on any datacenters will gain while others that have PR will take a while to reflect change since since it takes the ranking of multiple Datacenters to effect the PR of a site.
