Last year I was also doing ringtones and framed their offer page. In this particuliar case the terms read something like "offer page may not be framed such as to hide their legal jargon so on and so forth." (basically) I made a post here somewhere. Anyway, after DAYS of going over this with my A.M. I WON! However, I'm just now getting back to playing with affiliate marketing (after about a year) and happened to read Azoogle's tos today. The whole "frames" bit is in there now Seems dumb as you'll lose some potential customers right at the landing page...any marketer should know that.
you're making 100k a year with affiliate marketing, and you don't know how to read the tos for each offer on azoogle?? what a tool...
you want to be a tool too? i am selling a guide for newbies that want to be a tool, only $5, pm for more details
Let me break it down for you. This is what happened. You used iFrames to remove the subscription price, and then promoted the offer like that. The people landing on your page would never see the subscription, and would honestly be falling into believing that the ringtones are free. Now, you did break the rules. Stop bitching, and don't try to de-fraud people bluntly.
