you can use this type of google search to manually look deep into the results quickly. http://www.google.com/ie?q=keyword&pws=0&num=100 if you've been on your site or page it will show up as purple in the sea of blue somewhere, assuming its there at all

just change the keyword to your keyword and search again, then bookmark the search when you find your site. then every time you launch it will run the search automatically.

You can also try Google Global addon for firefox or flock which gives you the opportunity to see where is your site located in the Google from all over the World. Let say in US or UK and others.
