    direct one way.
    2 ways link exchange.(place link on one site and get link for another site)

    to be honest experts in here belive one way is good because you dont have much of outgoing link from your website.

    I can't see a 2 way exchange being better than a 1 way. If one is better that the other, then it's gotta be 1 way.

    imo one way links are better than 2 - way links.
    it has greater weight on se.

    I think you all misunderstand what i m trying to ask.

    i am talking about normal link exchange and triangular link exchange. In normal link exchange u just swap link from link site and in triangular linkine u plan another party link to another sute and get a link for your main site.

    Now advice me which one is better ?
    normal or triangular link exchange.
