    One person, one account (for life)! If reincarnated after 100 years being away from DP, petition for an exception. It may or may not be granted.

    DP welcomes members with open arms so long as the members obey the rules. The free market is one of the best deals around. Treat it with respect. Dont bite the foot that stomps your grapes.

    Uggg, you would think that 98.6% of da webmasters would of figured out this rule when they first registered!!! Now if most of them come from banned members, those are probably da members that don't bother to obey da rules and will probably keep registering them!!
