Prominence and density

    What is more important? the prominence of the keywords or the density. I need your help please.

    Making sure the content appears natural, and having your (relevant) keyterms in Heading <h1> and title <title> tags is more important than keyword density!

    Make sure you have some semantically similar terms in there also

    I just wonder if there is a title do i still need to put my keyword in H1?
    How? where do i need to place that if you already have meta title.

    I think those two terms are almost interchangeable, but when I'm writing an article, I always check the kw density (6-8% is ideal).
