No reasons why ... I don't think they give the reason to anyone ..

As for the one who "did it"... I don't know who the guy is ...

Cristian, I am so happy for you. Somehow I missed this thread and I've just read right through it from the very beginning, inducing a sense of despair and sadness. To reach the end and find that you've been reinstated is fantastic. Well done for keeping your cool AND behaving at all times with DIGNITY. :)

I think Google usually does not endorse third party software (naturally excepting in cases like Firefox with Google Toolbar). It's the publisher's responsibility to verify that a specific tracking script complies with the AdSense program policies (like not to modify the ad code, etc., as explained by AdSenseAdvisor here and here). Therefore those scripts normally work with indirect tracking methods to be in line with the AdSense terms and conditions. Of course the trackers are not 100% reliable, but are very useful indeed, also for fraud detection and prevention (IPs, referrers, etc.).

Congratulations on your reinstatement, given that Google's investigation found you as being an honest publisher.

    Congrats :).

I guess...you had lot of other webmasters worried too. If an honest publisher is banned, it makes everyone else insecure.

While it was great that Expertu was reinstated(in a very short time I might ad). don't think that there is not a problem with the whole system. There are still legitmate(non rule breaking) webmasters who are not getting reinstated.

Plus look at the down time that Expertu had to live through. He does not get this time back. While YSF1 reccomends in his guide to get back into Google not to post to forums--I think this may be the reason that Expertu was reinstated so quickly. Google does not like the bad publicity.

The old Adage. If you are innocent Google will correct its mistake does not hold true anymore. I am now communicating with a webmaster(who I believe is innocent that has been banned for 6 weeks. But since he did no wrong and believes that Google could do no wrong is still trying to get back in-by emailing them every other day.

And if Google did things differently the innocent would not be banned to begin with. Come on technology people where is the click fraud prevention?
