Would someone please help to evaluate the Adsense placement on my site?

Days before I finally modified my B2B marketplace website and plan to focus on giving tutorials. But since I really have less time on writing articles, so I placed Adsense on that to fill the page content.

Would someone help to point out if there is any problems on the placement of the Adsense?

I placed the Adsense of left side as the same format of the content,does it violate Adsense policy?
