Nice site, and quite easy to navigate, but I'd recommend you make it a little more colorful, people tend to revisit sites that are eye catchy, especially when it comes to a WP theme directory..

 

it's mainly grey, + blue header
should i change header to grey too?

Good design for a themes website

 

I like the 3 column layout, works well for a site promoting Wordpress Themes. I had to really hard to find the Adsense Ads, which means you did a great job at "hiding" them. Nice site, will visit it again to hunt for themes.
