I asked for simple 10 blog comments each for 4 client sites and he couldn't fulfill his commitment. I received my refund today. My issues were due to the need to have my service completed on the time I requested. If it was not possible I would have expected him to say "sorry, but I'm unable to turn around your service within the time you requested" and be done with it. The fact that I had to send several emails over the course of the weekend with no response on my status initiated my request for a refund. In anycase, I've lost clients so the refund is almost a moot point. It's just good to know if you work with EMS that you can get a refund if it does not workout.
