Well I have a little bit of money that I might be able to invest in a custom logo for my site and was wondering what the best steps to that would be. Not looking to pay some company tons of money. Figured I would find some 9 year old kid on here to do it. (no offense to anyone, it is sort of an I-phone reference) I am looking for something pretty standard but unique. Not sure right now on sizes. But what would something like this cost me? Plus would it be a bad thing to try to run a contest and have people submit their logos and then I pay the winner. (figure they can put that "sample" watermark on it or something) I greatly appreciate any input anyone can give me on this matter. Adam
Please email me more details and budget you are looking to spend I would be more than happy to create your logo for a very affordable and fair price. I don't suggest a contest because it defers a lot of good designers that may not want to waste their time and not end up getting payed for it. A logo can cost anything you want, it just matters the quality and uniqueness that you get for it. The format is also a big deal. I will create a logo for you in a vector (re-sizable to anything you want, best quality) format or any format you would like. please email me! THANKS
Well I can creat a logo for $15, http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=1222951 , I use vector as well.
I'm just not agree with you. There are also many new talents that need to brush up their skills. So, contest is the fastest way to go. Just my opinion as a noobs.
Why should l someone professional join a contest in DP? The contest holders in DP dont need professional logos. If they did, they wouldnt post a contest in DP, there are many other logo contest websites with full of great designers.
